How long we keep information
Email list held on MailChimp.com:
We will hold this data indefinitely to communicate about current and future campaigns. You can unsubscribe via the link on every email or by contacting us.
Names, address and email address used for tickets via Eventbrite:
Events and the data collected from them will be retained for six months from the date of the event after which it will be deleted.
Email address used by OpaVote for voting:
OpaVote will delete all personal data with 10 business days of the close of the vote.
Who we share information with
Data processors
MailChimp.com
This data processor does the following activities for us: They manage our email list and the sending of our communications emails. They manage the consent for email receipt and provide the service to enable recipients to unsubscribe.

This data processor does the following activities for us: We use Eventbrite to provide tickets both for our in-person events and to register for our online votes.

OpaVote.com is our secure voting platform. We only share the email address for people who have registered to vote by getting a ticket via EventBrite.

We use the Zapier integration platform to add ticket order data (names and email address) from Eventbrite to our MailChimp email list.
